There is some easy configuration to perform first. Depending on the number of places, positions and people (employees) you have, this step could take anywhere between 5 and 60 minutes.

Perform the following steps in the Configure section of Wrkplace. Follow the link at the bottom of this article to learn more about each step.

Add Places

Your Wrkplace subscription allows you to setup as many workplaces (Places) as necessary. There are no limits to Places you can add into Wrkplace.

Add Awards

Before adding Positions and your Employees who fill those Positions, you may need to add in any applicable Awards and Award Classifications.

Add Positions

Positions are the ‘roles’ your employees are employed to perform. We recommend configuring Positions before adding your employees.

Add People

All employees and contractors are added into the People table.
